I’m Root! I’m the famous face at Rootalingua and one of the first teachers at the language school. My teaching style is very musical because I’m a music-loving creature. Therfore, I often try to teach the students grammar and vocabulary by translating lyrics. Also, I organise a dance party once a month so that newcomers and the previous students can get to know each other.

My name is Schtitsch! I’m Root’s assistant and support him in his work, well, if I’m not eating the exams… I offer free dry surfing and skateboard lessons in my free time. I lived on a small Hawaiian island for some time where I learned not only English but also a lot about life on earth.

I’m small but powerful. After I had trained Lukas Himmelwalker, I started to enjoy teaching and joined the team at Rootalingua. I have learned a lot about the Martian language on my journey through the galaxy with young padawans. Therefore, I can now share my skills with you in the language courses. In the advanced courses at B2 level and above, we will start developing friendships with intergalactic friends. What a pleasure!

Hi, I’m Piquette and I’m a new member at Rootalingua. I’m an assistant to Johda and I’m helping him with teaching and administrative work. As I like to cling to others like a limpet, I took time out from others on Mars as a form of therapy.

I’m a real space dweller and can’t imagine living in any other place. However, as long as I can teach beginners’ courses on Mars, I will consider this my home. My short trip to Earth has enabled me to understand you, the earthlings. This helps me to introduce you to the Martian language in the best possible way.

My name is Tschewbakka. I have only been a member of Rootalingua for 50 years. Therefore, I’m still a newcomer. I used to travel a lot in the galaxy and on different planets for working purposes. During these journeys, I was able to develop my skills in the Martian language and in other extraterrestrial languages. I’m also very experienced in non-verbal communication.

I’m Coll-E, a small trash compacting robot, and the assistant of Tschewbakka. I’m very talented in languages. More than that, I also know a lot about recycling on both planets. In class, I support the students by showing them additional explanations and exercises on my built-in screen.
