Preparatory course for Language Certificate

Whether you are looking for a job or want to study at university, the more language certificates you have, the merrier. That is the reason why Rootalingua also offers preparatory courses for such certificates.

When you arrive on Mars, you will first take a placement test. This will enable us to determine your level on the European reference scale (A1 – C2) and help you find an appropriate course. As many of you are very keen to learn, we obviously don’t want anyone to get bored. So level tests are given again every 14 days to see if you are being challenged enough or if you might be better off in a higher-level class. 

Our Certificate Courses

• Preparatory Course Mars 1 – Certificate
  This certificate confirms that your knowledge of the Martian language is at level A2. 

• Preparatory Course Mars 2 – Certificate
  This certificate confirms that your knowledge of the Martian language is at level B2.

• Preparatory Course Mars 3 – Certificate
  This certificate confirms that your knowledge of the Martian language is at level C2.

When do the exams take place?

The exams will take place every three months on the first Monday of the month.

General Course and Intensive Course

• General Course consists of 16 lessons/week.
• Intensive Course consists of 23 lessons/week.

If you don’t miss any lessons, you will receive a confirmation that you have successfully completed the course.

Preparation before your language stay

As soon as you have passed the Mars Survival Camp, we will send you all documents which will help you to familiarise yourself with the Martian language.
